Who we are

This site belongs to the Chilean Institute of Cardiac Imaging (INCIC), Santiago, Chile. For any privacy question, write to us from the contact page.

Contact form

If you write to us, we use your name, email, occupation and message only to reply. The message reaches the INCIC team by email through Cloudflare’s email service; the site does not store it in a database or share it with Google.

To prevent spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the sender is a person and processes technical data such as the IP address.

The site does not ask for clinical data. Please do not send personal medical information through the form.

Ad measurement (only if you accept)

If you accept, we load the Google Ads tag (Google) to find out whether our ads bring visits and whether a contact form was then sent successfully. That submission is counted with a random identifier, without your name, email or message.

We do not use the tag to personalise ads and we do not build remarketing lists. Google may set its own cookies (for example _gcl_au) and process technical data such as your IP address and browser, under its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

If you reject, the tag is not downloaded. You can change your choice at any time.

What is stored in your browser

Your choice about ad measurement (local storage, key incic-consent).

The last language you used (lang cookie).

In INCIC cases, votes are counted anonymously; a cookie (casos_votados) prevents voting twice on the same case, and your progress and badges stay in your browser only.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare, which logs technical data about visits (such as the IP address) to operate and protect the service. Fonts are served from the site itself.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the messages you have sent us by writing from the contact page.
